Regional Leadership Conferences for high school students all take place on the first Saturday in February at seven different host locations across the state.
Policies
CHAPERONE
POLICY
15:1 for all registered students who will be in attendance as of the cancellation deadline. After the cancellation deadline has past, chapters must follow the 15:1 regardless of how many students get on the bus the morning of RLC. Failure to bring the correct number of chaperones will have the chapter face disqualification of all competitors.
All chapter advisers are expected to support the RLC regardless of the number of members who will be attending on the day of the event. If your chapter does not have an adult representative at the RLC, the entire chapter will face disqualification.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The RLC will take place on the first Saturday in February, there is no "snow day" in place due to the level of planning for the event by the host school. If a school cannot travel, the state office will require a written statement by the principal or district administrator and placement to advance to SLC is:
1. Online Test Scores
2. Prejudged event materials (without a presentation component)
All results are final at the conclusion of the awards ceremony
TECHNOLOGY POLICY

No technology or AV equipment will be provided to competitors by the host school.

Each student competitor is responsible to provide their own device. This includes objective testing which will be completed online.

No projectors will be allowed by competitors.

All technology guidelines set by the state and national office, and listed in the competitive event guidelines, must be followed.

WIFI is not guaranteed for all performance events. WIFI access will be guaranteed for the following events:

MATERIALS
POLICY

Pencils are the responsibility of the student to provide.

Calculators are NOT allowed by any competitor.

Prejudged projects will NOT be available to students or judges on the day of RLC.

Public Speaking rooms are not guaranteed to have lecterns.

Student IDs will be required for check-in for all competitive events. IDs may be physical or electronic versions.
DRESS CODE POLICY
Wisconsin FBLA follows the Dress Code set by the national office.
