High School RLC General Information

Important information about the High School Regional Leadership Conferences to have your chapter be successful and assist advisers in planning

General Details

  • Cost : $25 per person (students, advisers, chaperones)

  • Materials Shipping Fees: $30

  • Regional Assignment of Chapters

  • Top 3 entries in each event will advance to the High School State Leadership Conference

  • Chaperone Policy is 15:1 based on the registration numbers at the Cancellation Deadline

  • Competitors are required to have a photo ID to be eligible to compete

  • December 1 - RLC Registration Opens

  • December 11 - Membership Deadline for RLC Eligibility

  • December 12 - RLC Registration Closes (4 PM)

  • December 19 - RLC Cancellation Deadline (4 PM)

  • January 6 - 16 - RLC Pre-Conference Testing Window

  • January 16 - RLC Receipt Deadline (4 PM)

    • Pre-conference testing window closes​

    • Prejudge PDFs and URLs uploaded to Blue Panda

    • Registration Fees paid to Regional Host

    • Regional Community Service Award form

  • February 7 - Regional Leadership Conference​

Technology Details

  • No technology or AV equipment will be provided to competitors by the host school, including power.

  • Each student competitor is responsible to provide their own device. This includes objective testing which will be completed online.

  • No projectors will be allowed by competitors.

  • All technology guidelines set by the state and national office, and listed in the competitive event guidelines, must be followed.

  • WIFI is not guaranteed for all performance events. WIFI access will be guaranteed for the following events:
