State Leadership Conference Timeline and Checklist for Local Chapter Advisers
Adviser Orientation Training - Must complete the Quiz at the end and score 100% to receive your chapter packet at Registration
Wisconsin FBLA SLC Adviser Procedure and Responsibilities - Wufoo Form due Feb 28
The SLC Student Delegate Code of Conduct Form must be collected for each student attending SLC, and the local adviser is responsible for having all forms at the State Leadership Conference and adhere to these expectations at all times. This is not submitted to the state office.
All Prejudge files will need to be uploaded in Blue Panda. Events requiring prejudge components are: American Enterprise Project, Business Ethics, Business Plan, Community Service Project, Digital Animation, Digital Video Production, Future Business Educator, Future Business Leader, Job Interview, Local Chapter Annual Business Report, Partnership with Business Project
Who's Who in Wisconsin competitive event form - Who's Who in WI Self-Rating Sheet
Outstanding Community Service Contributor - Each chapter can recognize students who have completed at least 50 hours of community service during their time as a FBLA member. Submission deadline of February 28.
Projectors will not be allowed during preliminary or final rounds of competition. We will be following the National Guideline noted below related to external monitors and speakers.
Competitors present directly from a laptop/ device in the preliminary and final round of competition
Power will NOT be available
Competitors can present with and bring a maximum of two devices into the performance as long as it fits on the table in front of the judges or is held by the competitors. Competitors may use a laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or external monitor with one facing the competitors and the other facing the judges. The judges cannot handle any devices or materials that are part of the presentation.
Students competing in Individual or Objective test events will be testing online at SLC. All competitors will need to provide their own, fully charged, device to complete the objective test. More information is provided on these detailed directions.
Students competing in Production Events (Computer Applications, Spreadsheet Applications, and Word Processing) will test at the State Leadership Conference in Green Bay. Students will need to bring a device that has the required computer programs needed to compete in their event.

Green Bay Packers - Chapters have the exclusive opportunity to tour Lambeau Field and the Hall of Fame if arriving in Green Bay on Sunday, March 30. See flyer for all the details and how to reserve your tour time.
Mulva Center - Chapter have the opportunity to visit or tour the Mulva Center's Exhibits on Sunday at a special FBLA rate. See the flyer for more information and contact information to reserve your spot.

The dress code for the WI SLC will follow the national FBLA dress code guidelines.
If you have a talented singer who will be attending SLC, have them consider auditioning to sing the National Anthem at the Opening Session. Please fill out the National Anthem Audition Form to apply.
Chapters have the opportunity to order a state t-shirt when completing their registration in Blue Panda. Shirts are $18 each and run from small to 5XL in size.
Hotel reservations will be made through the Discover Green Bay Housing Bureau.
The housing reservation window opens on February 17 at 4 PM and will close on March 7 at 4 PM - The passcode was sent to all advisers on Monday, Feb. 17
All FBLA Chapters need to make reservations through the Discover Green Bay Housing Bureau or be susceptible to having your chapter disqualified from competition.
Competitor Cancellation Request Form
SLC--Friday, February 21 at 4 PM - Cancellation
NLC--Friday, April 18 at 4 PM for Cancellation or Substitution (Chapter Events ONLY)
Registration will open in Blue Panda on February 3, 2025 and close on February 14 @ 4 PM
Chapters must register all qualifying competitors from RLC and any State only competitors. Advisers will be notified of alternates who will need to be registered as cancellations are made known to the State Office on the Competitor Cancellation Request form. If you need to cancel a competitor in an event, the form must be completed by Friday, February 21.
Registration is $75 per person (students, advisers, chaperones, guests, etc.)
