General Information
Cost: $25 per student/adviser/chaperone
Top 3 entries in each event will advance to the High School State Leadership Conference; Middle School members do not need to qualify for SLC
Wi-Fi will be provided for the following events: Digital Video Production, Electronic Career Portfolio, Introduction to Social Media Strategy, Public Service Announcement, Social Media Strategies, and Website Coding & Development, and Website Design

Policies/Equipment/Supplies
Chaperone Policy
High School -- 15:1 for all registered students in attendance as of the cancellation deadline.
Middle School -- 12:1 for all registered students as of the cancellation deadline.
Event will take place on February 1 (High School) or January 25 (Middle School) regardless of weather.
Chapter advisers are expected to support RLC regardless of the number of members you have attending on the day of the event. If your chapter does not have a representative at the RLC, your entire chapter will face disqualification.
No projectors will be allowed by competitors.
Bring your own device to present to judges. No AV equipment is provided.
All objective tests will be taken online, both in advance and the day of RLC.
Pencils are the responsibility of the student. These will not be provided.
Calculators are NOT allowed.
Prejudged items will not be available to students or judges on the day of RLC.
Public Speaking rooms are not guaranteed to have lecterns.
Student IDs will be required for check-in for tests and performance events. IDs may be physical or electronic versions.

RLC Chaperone Override Form - State Office will process all Overrides after 4 PM on December 13
Competitor Cancellation Request Form - State Office will process all cancellations following the cancellation deadline of December 20. Following this date, no additional refunds or cancellations will be processed.Â
